Hygiene criteria should attend like cleaning hands regularly, particularly after travel, using a mask (cover your nose and mouth) and avoiding touching your hand or mouth. 

There are many particular techniques to improve immunity which is predominant at this circumstance.

Hydrated Whole Day:  Water performs a vital role in raising immunity as well as maintaining body hydrated. Drink up to a minimum of 5 glassesful of water every day.
